Cleaing your Cache
(PC) FIREFOX
  1. Select "Tools"
  2. Select "Options..."
  3. Select the "Privacy" tab
  4. Click "Clear Cache" Button
  5. Press the "OK" button
  6. Press the "F5" key on your keyboard to Refresh
(PC) NETSCAPE
  1. Select "Tools"
  2. Select "Options..."
  3. Select the "Privacy" tab
  4. Click "Clear" Button
  5. Press the "OK" button
  6. Press the "F5" key on your keyboard to Refresh
(PC) INTERNET EXPLORER
  1. Select "Tools"
  2. Select "Internet Options..."
  3. Select the "General" tab
  4. Click "Settings..." Button
  5. Choose the option "Every visit to the page"
  6. Press the "OK" button
  7. Press the "OK" button
  8. Press the "F5" key on your keyboard to Refresh
